When Microsoft announces the end of support for their products, you may need to look at upgrading your Carousel system to a supported version of Windows OS. This may also require that you update your Carousel software and or hardware.
Windows hardware purchased from Carousel ships with its maximum supported operating system installed.
If you wish to update the OS on your Carousel system, simply replace the outdated system with a supported model and purchase migration assistance to transfer your content to the new system.

Carousel support can not assist with updating the Windows OS on any system. The purchase of migration assistance will be required to attempt to repair any Carousel system malfunctioning as a result of an OS update.
