Hardware RMA and EOL Policy

Starting April 1st, 2021 Carousel Digital Signage will no longer service or repair out-of-warranty hardware on Carousel-branded systems. All Carousel-branded hardware has a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If an extended warranty was purchased (Gold, Platinum, etc.), we will still honor those agreements. We will not however extend any of those agreements.

In-warranty service includes replacing systems with same or similar parts, re-imaging systems, testing, and diagnosing systems with hardware issues (after a support ticket has been escalated to RMA). We will sometimes work with Seneca Data or other 3rd-party computer hardware companies depending on volume, availability or parts, and manufacturing origin.
